Simon Pott

Simon is a Chartered Surveyor, Land Agent and Auctioneer. He has more than thirty years experience in buying, selling and managing property in East Anglia. He was President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1995/6 travelling extensively around Britain, Europe and many parts of the world promoting the profession.

He is a Chairman of Governors of The Royal Agricultural College, a Trustee of the Rural Housing Trust and Chairman of Rural Housing Trust Developments.

Charlotte Pott
MRAC

Eldest daughter, Charlotte, runs the office and provides the back up and organisational skills. Following three years study at The Royal Agricultural College she became involved in property management and subsequently joined Simon Pott & Company. Her hands-on knowledge of the residential letting market is invaluable.

Having lived in East Anglia all her life she speaks enthusiastically of the area and now lives in Essex.

Fiona is a former Associate Director of Lane Fox where she was involved with the sale of all types of rural property. Having studied at Wye College and the Royal Agricultural College she has also worked as a land agent and manager of a major lettings department for Strutt & Parker.

She has lived here in East Anglia for most of her life and is now based in south-east Suffolk.
